Where is reception located?

Please visit reception at Verandahs Apartments for assistance throughout your stay as our onsite managers also look after that building, located across the street at 7 Davidson St.

Is there on-site car parking available?

Yes, there are designated on-site carparks for you. These are signed with numbers which will be the same apartment number as you are staying in. There is additional street parking available.

Is there airport and local transport available?

Yes, please contact Verandahs reception for assistance.

Is there an elevator in the building?

No, Tropical Reef Apartments does not have an elevator. Apartment access is via stairs only.

Are the rooms serviced?

Tropical Reef is completely self-catered. We do not offer servicing rooms. If you are in need of amenities, please visit Verandahs reception.

When is check-in/check-out time?

Check-in time is from 2pm and Check-out time is 10am.

Is there free wi-fi?

YES – The wi-fi network and password will be provided on the first page of your welcome book.

Are we able to book tours at reception?

Yes, we have a tour desk located near reception at Verandahs Apartments to assist you in finding tours for you. Please see reception to check availability and book your tours.

What time is reception open?

Verandahs Apartments reception is open:

  • 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday
  • 9:00am – 4:00pm Saturday & Sunday

Please not these may vary on public holidays.

Are you in walking distance to the shops / beach / marina?

Yes. We are located just a short 50 metres away from Four Mile Beach, 150 metres from Macrossan Street and 800 metres away from the marina.
